Tbilisi’s social scene is reaching new heights this month. As the city shakes off the last of the winter chill, the Rolling Stone Rooftop Bar at the Telegraph Hotel is back to reclaim its spot as the city’s favorite place for music, great food, and those famous skyline views.

The venue officially moves into its spring rhythm on April 14th, but the real magic happens on Saturday, April 18th. This season opening isn’t just a simple party; it’s a full-day experience on the terrace that brings the legendary spirit of Rolling Stone magazine to life under the Georgian sky.
The music for the opening day has been carefully chosen to match the changing light. Starting at 17:00, Vako will set the mood with chilled sunset grooves just as the first drinks are poured. By 20:00, the energy shifts as Temuriko Diassamidze takes over the decks, picking up the pace as the city lights flicker on below.

What makes this season different is a brand-new all-day dining concept. You can now spend your entire day on the roof, starting with a refined à la carte breakfast at 08:00 or a long, sunny lunch overlooking Rustaveli Avenue. You can stay straight through to dinner, enjoying a curated menu before the evening DJs take over.
On weekends, the bar really leans into its rock-and-roll roots. Fridays and Saturdays are dedicated to high-energy parties and live music, while the “hangover brunches” are set to be the city’s new favorite weekend tradition.

If you’re planning to join, there are a few things to keep in mind. The bar maintains a 25+ age limit to keep the atmosphere sophisticated, and entrance is through the parking lot on the B1 floor. It’s a good idea to arrive early to explore the new menu and claim a spot on the terrace before the crowd arrives. Tickets are available right at the door.
Whether you are there for a quiet morning coffee or the deep house sets at midnight, the Telegraph’s rooftop is officially back. See you at the B1 elevator.
