On August 22, Turtle Lake will transform into a pulsating epicenter of sound and energy as DECODER presents the final chapter of its summer festival series — in collaboration with the boundary-pushing electronic music label KAOS.

Known for championing experimental sounds and fostering radical artistic expression, KAOS is more than a label — it’s a space for unfiltered creativity, welcoming a broad spectrum of sonic experiences. This special night will showcase the label’s raw essence with a lineup that captures its spirit of rebellion, hedonism, and artistic freedom.

A Lineup That Transcends Convention

Headlining the event is none other than Héctor Oaks, a staple of the Tbilisi scene and a true turntable maestro. A self-described “techno-punk,” Oaks is revered for his eclectic, genre-blurring marathon sets that consistently defy norms and ignite dancefloors.

""

He’ll be joined by the wildly unpredictable and electrifying Partiboy69 — an Australian DJ and producer known for his chaotic, uninhibited performances that channel a raw, hedonistic energy. Always on the edge, always unexpected — Partiboy69 turns every set into a visceral experience.

""

Adding even more depth to the night are Salome, a resident of Berlin’s iconic queer party series Herrensauna, and Seqta, a Berlin-based Tbilisi artist with a gift for transforming the club and festival space into a vortex of unrelenting movement. Together, they promise to take the crowd on a hypnotic journey, where the beat never stops and the rules don’t apply.

""

""

A Celebration of Music, Identity, and Movement

This final event isn’t just a party — it’s a celebration of freedom, sound, and community. In true KAOS and DECODER fashion, the night will challenge musical boundaries and create a space where diverse expressions collide in an atmosphere of pure liberation.
