Mozaiko introduced a modern and eclectic design that pays homage to its name. The interior features a distinctive pine tree pattern on the floor, crafted from four types of marble textures, and architectural elements adorned with Italian “De Castelli” tiles. The restaurant’s layout, with its round tables, curved sofas, and leather chairs, creates an inviting atmosphere that encourages relaxation and conversation. A golden mosaic at the bar subtly integrates the restaurant’s name into the design, emphasizing natural textures and bright colors to create harmonious space.

Mozaiko Terrace, on the 5th floor of the Ambassadori Hotel, offers open-air seating with panoramic views of Old Tbilisi, the Mtkvari River and Narikala Fortress—views that make Mozaiko’s interior even more beautiful.
